Returns

Return Policy

•    Returns must be postmarked in the mail/drop off box within 10 days from when the order is shipped from our store.

•    Items that are shipped out can be returned by mail or at our drop off box, or in store.

•    Returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

•    Returns must include the receipt in the package

•    For returns being shipped, the customer would be responsible to get their own shipping label. If the return is being dropped off at our return bin, no shipping label is needed just put it in a bag with your receipt in the package.

•    Returned items must have all tags attached and unworn

•    There are no returns on items that have been washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

•    We are not responsible for pilling, shrinking of garments, or broken zippers or buttons after items have been warn or washed.
